What to know and FAQs

Every rally at the Heyuan base should feel enjoyable, safe and comfortable.

Can complete beginners join club sessions or the weekly ladder?

The club regularly runs a Saturday beginner trial match and a Friday open-play beginners' zone, with resident officials and coaches explaining rules and technique. The weekend ladder suits players with some experience, keeping matches flowing and DUPR data meaningful.

Do I need my own paddle and gear to compete?

BALIMCKT Pro Shop lends carbon demo paddles and match balls free to every participant. All you need is non-marking indoor or sports shoes and comfortable, breathable sportswear. Personalised gear can also be bought on site.

How do refunds and changes work for weather or a personal clash?

In thunderstorms or other force majeure, outdoor events move to the base's indoor all-weather court, or roll over or refund in full to your booking account. Cancel free or transfer your place to a friend up to 24 hours ahead for personal reasons.

为保障每位球友的场地体验，请在预约前了解以下时间、改期和取消规则。

一、预约确认

场地、课程和陪练服务以系统或工作人员确认结果为准。预约成功后，请按确认信息中的日期、时间、人数和场地到店使用。

二、到场与迟到

建议提前 10 分钟到场完成签到和热身。预约开始后超过 15 分钟仍未到场，场地可能视为自动放弃，具体以当日现场安排为准。

三、改期与取消

如需取消或调整预约，请尽量提前 24 小时联系服务团队。提前联系的预约可根据场地余量协助改期；临近开场或未提前联系的取消，可能无法退回已支付费用或消耗对应次数。

四、天气与特殊情况

遇到恶劣天气、场地维护或其他影响安全使用的情况，BALIMCKT 会主动联系预约人并提供改期、顺延或其他可行安排。

五、课程与赛事服务

球场礼仪与安全规则

一场舒服的比赛，来自清晰的边界、友好的沟通和对场地与伙伴的共同尊重。

一、入场前准备

请穿着适合运动的服装和防滑运动鞋，赛前完成热身并确认球拍、球和个人物品状态。儿童及初次体验者请听从教练或工作人员引导。

二、场内安全

请勿跨越球网、倚靠围网或在非比赛区域奔跑。捡球、换场和进出场地时，请先观察周围回合，避免从正在比赛的球员身后穿过。

三、比赛礼仪

尊重对手、队友、教练和工作人员，发球前确认对方已准备好。对界内外存在疑问时保持沟通，避免争执，让比赛保持轻松、清楚和有秩序。

四、共享场地

请按预约时间使用场地，结束后及时带走水瓶、球筒和个人物品。请勿在球场内饮酒、吸烟或使用可能损坏地面的尖锐物品。

五、受伤与紧急情况

如出现扭伤、碰撞或身体不适，请立即停止运动并通知工作人员。发现地面湿滑、设备松动或其他安全隐患时，请先避开相关区域并及时反馈。

六、共同维护

每位到访者都应共同维护球场、休息区和公共设施。因故意或不当使用造成设施损坏的，可能需要承担相应维修责任。

First visit and no paddle or shoes?

No problem. The Pro Shop gear lab lends the full range of genuine carbon paddles free — Selkirk, JOOLA and BALIMCKT collaborations — and rents or sells non-marking sports shoes, so comfortable sportswear is all you need to step on court.

How far ahead should we book? Do you take walk-ins?

To protect the quality and privacy of every session, casual visitors should book a day ahead through the website form or the WeChat butler; for a private buy-out, one-to-one coaching or a company retreat, lock the date 3-7 days ahead. We can take walk-ins if a court is free, but booked players come first.

What happens to an outdoor court booking if it rains?

BALIMCKT has five separate courts, with private paths to the air-conditioned tea lounge, rest area, restrooms and hot showers. If the weather turns, the butler will help move your slot; if the court cannot be used, our booking terms offer a change or refund.

Can we bring pets and family members who are not playing?

Very welcome. BALIMCKT is an outdoor kind of place: the courtyard and spectator terrace are pet-friendly (lead required, keep it tidy), and non-playing friends can rest and watch for free from the lake-view coffee bar and canopy area, taking the slow hours of Heyuan.
